Dr Jack Raval
Principal Dentist & Owner
Dr. Jack Raval is an experienced and caring dentist who graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2007. He began his career working in various locations across Queensland, where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of dentistry and patient care.
Since relocating to the Illawarra region, Dr. Raval has been proudly serving the local community. Over the years, he has further specialised in crown and bridge work, root canal therapy, surgical extractions, cosmetic dentistry, and implant surgery.
Outside of dentistry, Jack enjoys outdoor activities—particularly playing polo, horse riding, and staying active at the gym. He also has a passion for music and spends his downtime playing the piano and developing his musical skills.
Dr. Raval is committed to pain-free, gentle dentistry. He always prioritises his patients’ well-being and takes the time to explore treatment options that best suit each individual’s comfort and care needs.

Since beginning his career in 1979, Dr. Poulton has brought with him over 40 years of experience in dentistry. He combines deep clinical knowledge and skill with a warm smile and genuine compassion for every patient he treats. Known for his gentle approach and commitment to high-quality care, Dr. Poulton has built lasting relationships with generations of patients.

Practice Manager & Head Nurse
Alison Cvetkovski (Practice Manager) and April Dell (Head Nurse) are both qualified dental nurses. Alison has worked alongside Dr. Raval since 2013, and April since 2014. Their long-standing collaboration contributes to strong team dynamics, resulting in high-quality care, extensive knowledge, and a wealth of experience.
With many years of experience, Alison and April understand patients’ needs at an exceptional level. They are especially skilled at empathising with nervous patients, helping to make every visit as comfortable as possible.
As qualified dental nurses, Alison and April have a thorough understanding of current ADA (Australian Dental Association) approved infection control protocols and procedures. All staff at Tongarra Road Family Dental take pride in adhering strictly to regulations in line with our clinic’s accreditation standards.
